Ein fabelhafter Jahrgang 2006. Intensives Rubin mit feinem Granatrand. Präsentiert sich in der Nase mit betont reifen Noten, viel Lakritze, dann nach eingelegten Pflaumen, leicht malzig im Hintergrund. Wirkt dann am Gaumen sehr frisch und jugendlich, öffnet sich mit kompaktem, dichtmaschigem Tannin, im Finale fester Druck. Falstaff This is a very rich Sangiovese on the nose with dried black cherries and strawberries. Lots of dark chocolate too. Loads of black chocolate cake and dried coffee cake character.
